- Job Placements: Help in finding and recruiting qualified candidates.
- On-the-Job Training Opportunities: Hire an unemployed worker and receive up to $10,000. Financial support for training new employees.
- Recruitment Events: Organized events to connect you with potential employees.
- Incentives and Connections: Information on wage subsidies, apprenticeships, and other incentives.
Supporting Our Community
At the Ocean County Career Center, we provide resources from the community to those coping with mental health issues, childcare needs, public assistance, career counseling, and job training. Our team collaborates with Work First New Jersey (WFNJ) providers and the Ocean County Board of Social Services to address obstacles to success and connect individuals with appropriate supports as early as possible.
