Job Description:
Renu, LLC is a surface restoration and coatings company seeking full-time help for immediate hire. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team and assist with the installation of high-performance floor coatings and restoration projects for residential and commercial clients in Ocean and Monmouth County.
Services We Provide:
- Epoxy and polyaspartic flake floor installations
- Concrete resurfacing and overlays
- Paver cleaning, sealing, and restoration
- Stamped concrete recoloring and sealing
- Countertop refinishing and decorative concrete services
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare concrete surfaces using grinders and vacuums
- Repair cracks, divots, and surface damage
- Mix and apply epoxy and concrete coating materials
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and instructions on job sites
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
- Experience preferred but not required; we will train the right person
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependability
