About the Role
As the Night Shipping Supervisor, you’ll oversee and guide warehouse personnel in the Shipping Department. You’ll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped with accuracy and efficiency, while maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supervising team members to ensure timely, accurate order assembly and shipment.
- Promoting a professional, team-focused work environment.
- Directing daily activities to ensure employee safety and compliance with policies.
- Driving productivity by improving processes and workflows.
- Partnering with the Warehouse Manager to evaluate performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience and strong problem-solving skills to the role. Requirements include:
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years prior warehouse supervisor experience.
- Strong judgment, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with AS400, Word, and Excel.
- Experience managing unionized workforces preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Pay & Benefits
- Base salary: $65,000 – $75,000 (plus bonus, depending on experience and location market data).
