Event Details

  • Date: Wednesday, September 10, 2025
  • Time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Where: Virtual via Microsoft Teams (link sent after registration)
  • Who: Candidates located in Ocean and Monmouth Counties
  • Pay: $16.50–$17.00 per hour
  • Seasonal Dates: November 2025 – April 2026

About the Role: Associate Team Leader

As an Associate Team Leader, you’ll support a single retail office during tax season to help exceed client expectations and keep daily operations running smoothly. This is an excellent entry point into financial services with hands-on training and support.

What H&R Block is looking for

  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and day-to-day office operations skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with clear communication
  • Computer proficiency (including MS Office)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Passionate, determined attitude
  • Ability to work a flexible, 40-hour workweek
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) or higher

Even better if you have

  • Experience supervising or managing people
  • A history of delivering outstanding customer experiences
