- Pay: $16.50–$17.00 per hour

About the Role: Associate Team Leader
As an Associate Team Leader, you’ll support a single retail office during tax season to help exceed client expectations and keep daily operations running smoothly. This is an excellent entry point into financial services with hands-on training and support.
What H&R Block is looking for
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role
- Strong organizational and day-to-day office operations skills
- Customer-centric mindset with clear communication
- Computer proficiency (including MS Office)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Passionate, determined attitude
- Ability to work a flexible, 40-hour workweek
- High school diploma (or equivalent) or higher
Even better if you have
- Experience supervising or managing people
- A history of delivering outstanding customer experiences
