Job Title: Multi-Skilled Craftsman / Handyman / Carpenter
Pay Range: $25 to $30 per hour based on proven experience

Opportunity Overview
Our team supports homeowners throughout the Jersey Shore with a wide range of repair and improvement projects. We’re looking for tradespeople who can walk into a home, assess the task, plan the work, and carry it out with precision. Carpentry is a key need, though strength across several trades is expected.
Core Responsibilities
• Complete residential repair and improvement assignments, including carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, plumbing tasks and basic electrical work.
• Provide finishing-level carpentry work when required.
• Bring and maintain basic hand tools and dependable transportation at the start of employment.
• Diagnose issues on-site and communicate clearly with the homeowner before beginning work.
• Identify material needs and pick up supplies using the company account when needed.
• Keep each job site clean and organized so the home is left in better condition than when the work began.
• Walk the customer through the completed project to ensure the results meet our standards.
• Present yourself in a way that reflects Ace Handyman Services’ commitment to professionalism across Ocean County communities.
