Full-Time Warehouse Maintenance Technician
Pay Range: $20 – $23 per hour
BMI Merchandise seeks a hands-on, detail-focused Warehouse Maintenance Technician to support the daily upkeep of its warehouse operations. The position calls for a dependable worker who can handle a wide range of building and equipment needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and complete preventative maintenance on warehouse machinery, tools, and building systems.
- Repair ventilation, refrigeration, and other mechanical systems as needed.
- Maintain lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical components. Tasks include replacing bulbs and sockets, cleaning circuit breaker panels, and addressing minor electrical issues.
- Support layout adjustments and the installation of new equipment.
- Carry out pest-control duties, including safe application of insecticides.
- Complete general building-maintenance tasks such as painting, caulking, and similar upkeep projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma.

Full-Time Material Handler
Pay Range: $18 – $21 per hour

- Verify shipment counts and maintain accurate paperwork and basic data entry.
Preferred Skills
- Forklift certification is strongly preferred.
