Position Overview

Employment Type: Full-time (35 hours per week)

Position Title: Bilingual Intake and Outreach Specialist

Location: 852 Broadway, West Long Branch, NJ 07764

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct bilingual intake and outreach activities to connect community members to resources.
  • Provide assistance and advocate for individuals and families in both English and Spanish.
  • Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the nonprofit sector or customer service.
  • Proficient in required technical skills.
