Fund My Future (FMF) is a New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development program designed to help individuals gain credentialed job skills and connect with meaningful employment opportunities.
Administered by Isles, Inc., FMF is available to Ocean County residents and covers the full cost of eligible training programs and approved services, up to a maximum of $9,600.
Participants in the program work closely with an employment coach who helps match their interests and skills to an eligible in-demand training program. Once training is completed, the coach provides job search assistance to help secure employment in the selected field.
