Our client, a leading global bakery, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team at the New Brunswick, NJ plant.

What You’ll Do
As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
- Managing raw materials, WIP, and inventory using ERP systems and pull-based planning.
- Partnering with purchasing to ensure timely, cost-effective replenishment.
- Overseeing receiving, storage, and material delivery to production.
- Maintaining accurate inventory, controlling losses, and optimizing shipping/receiving.
- Supervising and developing warehouse and receiving staff to maximize productivity.
- Upholding safety, GMP, OSHA, and company compliance standards.
- Supporting food safety practices and SQF code adherence through training.
You’ll report directly to the Warehouse Manager and be a key contributor to team success.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Associate degree or military background.
- 5+ years warehouse experience in a fast-paced setting.
- 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Experience with forklifts and related equipment.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
Pay & Benefits
- Salary range: $68,000 – $75,000 per year
