About the Role

Critical operational, administrative, and partnership support is provided to the VP of Strategic Military Partnerships. Key initiatives are coordinated across all states, territories, and the District of Columbia. Additionally, relationships with state-level partners are strengthened and support execution is maintained consistently across all regions. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Minimum Qualifications

The following qualifications are expected of all applicants considered for this role:

• A genuine passion for supporting military-affiliated communities is required.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is needed, or an equivalent credential.
• One to two years of experience in outreach, program management, non-profit management, or client and account management is expected.
• Customer care plans must be capable of being built, executed, and maintained.
• An understanding of how the National Guard and Reserve components are organized and operated is required.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills are needed, particularly for leading info sessions and training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM tools, and data tracking platforms is expected.
