Blue Chip Equities LLC, a growing property management company, is now hiring a Skilled Maintenance & Renovation Technician to support its multifamily residential properties located in Roselle, Perth Amboy, and Lumberton, New Jersey.

Job Overview
This full-time position involves a variety of hands-on responsibilities, including general repairs, plumbing, painting, flooring installation, tiling, and light renovations. The technician will maintain residential buildings, complete unit turnovers, and respond to maintenance requests across multiple properties.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or equivalent hours)
- Weekends are reserved for emergency response only
Responsibilities Include
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment across all properties
- Responding to maintenance and repair requests
- Troubleshooting basic plumbing, heating, and electrical issues
- Performing drywall repairs, painting, and fixture replacements
- Installing and repairing LVT and tile flooring
- Tiling backsplashes, floors, and other surfaces
- Assisting with light renovations and building maintenance projects
Job Requirements
- Experience in property maintenance, general contracting, or skilled trades
- Basic plumbing, heating, and electrical skills
- Proficiency with tools, equipment, and light carpentry
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursement is offered; a work truck may be available)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work
- Experience with multifamily residential properties
Compensation & Perks
- Annual Salary: $60,000
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours
