Bus drivers are being hired at a paid training rate of $16.50 per hour. After a CDL with passenger and school bus endorsements is obtained, pay is raised to $22.00 per hour. Additionally, a $1,000 sign-on bonus is being offered to all new bus drivers. Training is provided, so a CDL is not required at the time of application.
