NJ Life Sciences Talent Connection Day Brings Employers Online October 28

How the Event Works

Each participating company gets its own dedicated 45-minute session. You pick the sessions that interest you and skip the rest. So a warehouse worker and a data engineer can build very different schedules. During each session, hiring teams plan to cover four main topics:

• Current and upcoming openings, along with the kind of talent they want
• How to apply, including each step of their hiring process
• Career paths for people at different experience levels
• Live questions from attendees

Because the format is interactive, come ready with a question or two.

Featured Employers and Open Roles

The lineup is still growing, but four organizations have already signed on.

BioNJ

BioNJ will present its Talent Portal. The portal pulls together resources, career pathways, and job openings from across the state.

Hovione

Hovione is focused on production and quality roles. Openings shared so far include:

Theradex Oncology

Theradex Oncology brings a wide mix of clinical, data, and business roles.

A Special Feature From NJ BioFutures

The day also includes a special feature from NJ BioFutures. This group runs training programs built to grow the state’s biomanufacturing workforce. Attendees will learn about its training programs, career pathways, and industry connections. If you lack lab experience, this session may show you a realistic starting point.
